Dr. Ignatius Ezeani works mainly on tools and methods for effective processing of low-resource languages, especially African languages. Ignatius was a key participant in the Unlocking AI Skills for the Languages in Britain and Ireland project, and is developing methods for benchmarking LLM performance with Celtic languages. Ignatius has also been active in the CLARIN-EHRI collaboration, applying NLP techniques to research on Holocaust testimonies.
