Corpus Linguistics 2023

The twelfth international Corpus Linguistics conference (CL2023) will be held at Lancaster University from Monday 3rd July 2023 to Thursday 6th July 2023. The main conference will be preceded by a workshop day on Sunday 2nd July.

One of the workshops will be organized by CLARIN, and entitled What can you do with the CLARIN research infrastructure? More details coming soon.

The conference will be a face-to-face event; online participation viewing presentations will also be possible.

The call for papers opened in October 2022, and the deadline for proposals was 6th January. Registration opens 3rd April 2023.

This series of conferences began in 2001 with an event celebrating the career of Professor Geoffrey Leech, on the occasion of his retirement.

Lancaster Summer Schools in Corpus Linguistics 2023 will take place in the week preceding the conference.
